This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 248 acre property consists of 2 tracts. A 17 acre tract that was clear cut around 2011 and a 231 acre tract that is mature forest. The 231 acre tract is along a flood plain to the west side. The property has a mixture of timber but is predominately pine outside of the flood plain. While inspecting the property I saw sign of deer, bear and turkey. I saw a group of turkeys and a couple of does on the joining property as well. Lots of well used trails leading out into the joining fields on the adjacent properties. This property will offer a good opportunity to take all three big game species.
